Weddings

The Gingerbread House is the perfect venue for intimate weddings in and around Savannah. The Gingerbread House welcomes the opportunity to make your special affair a unique and memorable experience. If you need a planner or vendors, The Gingerbread House will be happy to recommend you to local event planners, caterers, and furniture rental vendors, however we do take care of the coordination of these services. GINGERBREAD HOUSE VENUE PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Private use of The Gingerbread House and Courtyard for up to 8 Hours for 50 Guests

• Rental time includes all set up and breakdown

• Onsite Venue Manager during the 8 Hour duration of your event

• On street, non-metered parking in the area

Requirements for Weddings:

• All Private Events are required to rent the house for a minimum of a two-night stay through Lucky Savannah Vacation Rentals. Rates may vary weekly and seasonally.

• All food must be purchased by a licensed catering company or food service provider and follow safe serve practices.

• All weddings must have at least a Day-Of Event Coordinator in charge of the timeline that can be our point of contact.
